I am a driven and dedicated individual with a diverse background in sports, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Graduating with honors from Edison High School in Northeast Minneapolis, I was honored with a resolution from the City of Minneapolis for my outstanding athletic achievements and leadership qualities. I went on receiving an athletic scholarship to play baseball at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, where I pursued studies in Business and Sports Management.
After two years of competing at the collegiate level, I made the decision to return to my roots in Minnesota and further my education by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Augsburg University. Alongside my academic pursuits, I delved into coaching varsity baseball at two different high schools, where I not only deepened my knowledge of the game but also honed my skills in leadership, mentorship, and working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Transitioning into the role of a gym manager, I continued to develop my leadership and team management abilities, further preparing me for the challenges ahead. Subsequently, my experience as a field technician for a holiday lighting and window cleaning company allowed me to refine my technical expertise and work ethic in a hands-on environment.
Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact and create a lasting legacy, I took a leap of faith into entrepreneurship, launching my own business. This endeavor is not only a means to support my two beautiful children but also a platform to lead by example and inspire others through hard work, integrity, and dedication. My journey is a testament to my unwavering commitment to personal growth, professional development, and making a positive difference in the world around me.
From the locker room to the boardroom, my journey has always been fueled by a winning mindset and an unwavering drive for growth. As a former student-athlete, I learned early that success isn't accidental—it's built through teamwork, discipline, and strong leadership. Being immersed in youth sports from a young age shaped the way I view life: a group of individuals giving 100% in systematic harmony wins not just games, but life itself. I believe coaches don’t manage—they lead. And leadership changes everything.
That mindset carried into my academic and professional life. I earned an Associate’s Degree from Mankato State University, and North Hennepin Community College, followed by a Bachelor’s degree being recognized as a deans and honors student in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Rasmussen University. Along the way, I witnessed firsthand the difference between thriving teams led by visionaries and businesses that crumbled under poor leadership.
My career began in the restaurant industry, quickly advancing to shift manager, before pivoting to the fitness world, where I helped lead my club to become the #1 location in the company. From there, I transitioned into the home services industry—each role sharpening my ability to grow businesses and develop strong teams.
But it wasn’t until I was let go unexpectedly—another casualty of corporate downsizing—that I truly discovered my purpose. I realized I had spent over 15 years helping others build their dreams, all while ignoring my own. That moment sparked the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey.
Today, I’m focused on building businesses rooted in leadership, culture, and service—helping people discover their “WHY” as I continue to live mine. My passion is people—understanding their needs, helping them reach their goals, and creating opportunities for growth through business done the right way.
